Fort Aguada is a Portuguese fort standing in Goa on Sinquerim Beach. There is a freshwater spring inside Fort Aguada provides water to the ships that stopped by, resulting in the fort’s current name, Aguada, which means ‘water’. The Fort Aguada is one of the largest and impressive forts preserved as one of the best known landmarks in Goa history.

Goa State Museum is also known as the State Archaeology Museum, in Goa. It contains departments including Ancient History and Archaeology, Art and Craft, and Geology. The museum has an artifact on display, including stone sculptures, wooden objects, carvings, bronzes, paintings, manuscripts, rare coins, and anthropological objects.   • Dudhsagar Falls

Dudhsagar Falls is a waterfall located on the Mandovi River in Goa. It is India’s tallest waterfalls. The waterfall forms the border between Karnataka and Goa states. The Fatorda Stadium is officially known as the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, in Goa. The venue has been used to host both international football as well as cricket matches. How to reach?

By Car

The distance to Goa from mumbai is about 587 km which is nearly a 10 hours drive by road. So, if you want to go Goa by car from mumbai & enjoy the scenic beauty so you can hire a  cab from mumbai to goa. The distance from pune to goa is 444km which is nearly a 8 hours drive.

By Train

The two main railway stations are Margao and Vasco da Gama. There are several connections to Goa from Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Rajkot and Thiruvananthapuram. After reaching station you can hire a pre-paid taxi to reach up to the city safely.

By Air

Goa has an international airport at Dabolim, which is around 30 km away from the city. There are several regular domestic flights from Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kochi and Chennai. After reaching the airport you can hire a pre-paid taxi to reach up to the city safely and comfortably.
