Shaniwar Wada a palace fort, which was built by Bajirao Peshwa, is located in the centre of the city of Pune. The Shaniwar Wada was originally a seven storied capital building of the Peshwa Empire, with some grand fountains, courtyards, audience halls and residential areas as its attractions. Shaniwar Wada has five gates namely Dilli Darwaza, Mastani Darwaza, Khidki Darwaza, Ganesh Darwaza and Jambhul Darwaza. Shaniwar Wada palace is one of the most popular monuments in Pune and it is one of the most popular tourist spot also so don’t forget to visit there while having a visit to Pune.

  • Parvati Hill

Parvati Hill is a hillock in Pune. It was built during the rule of Peshwa. It is the second highest point in Pune. This hill has 103 steps to go to the top of the hill where the temple is situated. The whole temple is made of black stone. Beside the temple there is a Peshwa museum where the Samadhi of Baji Roa lies where he spent last moment of his life. Parvati Hill supplies water to half of the city Pune. It is one of the most popular hills in Pune.

The Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium is a cricket stadium located near Pune. It is also known as Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium. The MCA Stadium was inaugurated in April 2012 and the first match was played between Kings XI Punjab and Pune Warriors. The stadium has been a venue to many local and international matches in India and has been a favorite venue of the cricket fans in India.
