Triveni Ghat is believed to be the combination of three rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati took place here. This ghat is large and clean, and has separate changing rooms for women. In the evening the Aarti was held and after that the devotees light small oil lamps placed on leaf boats in the water. - Neelkanth Mahadev Temple
Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This is situated about 32 km from Rishikesh. It is surrounded by a huge dense forest. In this temple Maha Shivaratri is one of the most prominent festival which is celebrated with great enthusiasm and a lots of devotees come here during the festival. The devotees make Bael leaves, coconut, flowers, milk, honey, fruits and water for the Lord Shiva. The architecture of this temple is very attractive and colorful architecture. - Ram Jhula
Ram Jhula is an iron bridge situated at Muni Ki Reti in Tehri Garhwal. Ram jhula is located about 3 km from Rishikesh. There are some of the Hindu ashrams and religious centers there like “Gita Bhawan”, and “Swargashram” etc. This bridge is bigger than Lakshman Jhula. The tourists and devotees comes here in a large quantity to visit it has become one of the most popular tourist spot.
- Lakshman Jhula
Lakshman Jhula is an iron bridge built over the holy river Ganga near Rishikesh. As per the legends, Lord Rama younger brother lakshman crossed the Ganga River on a jute rope. It is around 284 long rope bridge. There are certain temples that are located near the lakshman jhula. People come to visit here in large quantity. It is one of the famous tourist spot.

The road leading to Rishikesh is well-connected with National Highways. As the distance between New Delhi to Rishikesh is around 227 km by Road which is approximately less than 4-5 hour drive
There is no direct train from Delhi to Rishikesh. The train is go up to Haridwar and from there you have to hire a pre-paid taxi to reach up to the desired destination.
The nearest airport is Jolly Grant is at Dehradun which is 43 kms away from Rishikesh from airport you can easily get a taxi to reach Rishikesh safely and comfortably.
